Classical Section Cut Edge

Aktiv classical section cut edge belts can be used in both light and heavy mechanical engineering applications, and the advantages are as follows:

  • Higher rate of power transmission efficiency
  • Able to transmit more power, so more value for money
  • Use small drive space due to the need of smaller diameter pulley
  • Longer service life and low maintenance
  • Power rating is about 30% over wrapped belts because of the high belt flexibility

Wedge Section Cut Edge

Aktiv narrow raw edge v-belts are good for the light and heavy mechanical engineering applications in many industries with outstanding advantages as follows:

  • Higher rate of transmission efficiency
  • Enhanced power transmission capacity up to 75% superior to these of the conventional belts due to very low energy consumption
  • Longer service life and low maintenance
  • Less number of belts required when designing new drive

Product Features:

  • High resistances to heat, oil and abrasion with excellent lateral stability due to the use of anisotropic fiber and polychloroprene rubber compound
  • High flexibility allows smaller pulley diameters and drive ratios up to 1:12

Narrow Cut Edge Belts

Aktiv cut edge belts are introduced for the mechanical engineering application of both light and duty where space, weight and horsepower capacity are critical. The characteristics of this belt are as follows:

  • High horsepower rating of the belt needs just about 1/3 of the space needed by classical v-belts

Banded Belts
