Aktiv Silicon Rubber Belts have no splice and no delamination problems, because both the base belt and the silicon cover are molded and vulcanized in ONE manufacturing process.

They are developed to cope with the gradually higher demand on the high speed graphic machinery where the good releasing and tracking properties of the belts are essential. Your choices of the belt base can be from Poly-V belts, Timing belts or flat belts.

The technology we employ allows us to reduce a finished product that is truly endless. Our belts enjoy a better service life due to uniform thickness (no overlapping joins), uniform strength rating, smaller pulley diameters required and good straight line tracking.

Applications

Thanks to the consistent tensile strength of the base belt and the high releasing property of the top silicon rubber, Aktiv Silicon Rubber Belts can work not only as high-speed-running power transmission belts, the high releasing property of the top silicon cover gives exceptional performance where the processed goods on top requires anti-sticking belt surface to easily release the goods off the belt at the conveying destination.
